Marking Que (Vice President - Sales Administration Division SM Development Corporation)
One of the many products of the initiative of the Leadership Training Institute of PSALM is Marking Que. Marking Que became an active member of PSALM during his University life.
"So I learned about PSALM when it was still College Youth Center way back in Zamboanga City. I learned so may things through PSALM infact most of the training that I got on leadership training, on Christian basic principles all of that I learned in PSALM."
"All of this things help me to develop as a person, as a Christian also that's were I learned many things about the Bible. So dala dala ko siya hangagang ngayun infact right now I am very much involved in the youth ministry."
"The ministry of PSALM is very important in a sense that it caters to reaching out to the youth."

"As a 3rd year student I was praying that I instead of me being influenced by my boardmates I would influenced them. So I invited them to a Caring Circle Lesson. I invited them to study God's Word, and to my surprised they are all hungry they started to grow as well in their relationship with God. The gospel spread like Wild fire to the point that were able to gather around 80 students every Friday Evening and we called it the "Word City Ministry".
"I believed my development as a leader has been molded by God through PSALM and the World City Ministry. So I would say that if you would want to really make an impact later in life develop your leadership capabilities while you are in college and the the best venue would be through a Christian organization like PSALM".

Greg Roasa hold and Master his leadership skills during his college days at the Mapua Institute of Technology a PSALM Student Leader he pioneered the Boarding House Ministry dubbed as the World City Ministry. He is currently the Senior Pastor of Gospel Church of Manila in Binondo.

"We are actually involved in Campus Evangelism. We reach out to the students and talk to them about the Lord how can they found meaning in their personal lives. Students will have the same problem whether born in the 1960's or 1970's. The only solution for me is really finding meaning in life and that can never happen if there is a vaccum and that vaccum will only filled in the Lord Jesus Christ. Beyond Evangelism what we do is we disciple and train our students so that they become potential leaders in the future and later on when they become develop into good leaders they too can develop other people to become leaders not just in the churches but also in other countries. I have seen how they have grown students in the campuses who are now even Presidents or Vice Presidents or maybe Senior Pastor in the churches."
